, the vice president, the first lady and joe biden as well. then everybody starts to make their way back to the capital at 10:00 or 10:30 depending on how coffee and tea proceeds. our members come and they get there a few minutes ahead of the president and will greet the president and president schumer as they come in from the capital at about 10:407 and then everyone goes into the capital and we start the procession out with dignitaries, former presidents and the v.i.p.'s are announced on theplasm and proceeds for about 30 minutes when the president is introduced on to the platform. president schumer opens with a few remarks and then brent will talk about how the program proceeds from there. for folks coming to the mall or coming with the tickets to the west front, we will be opening the doors at 7:00 a.m. and we've advised everyone to make sure they are there by 9:30 to make sure everyone is gone through screening and to their place in time to see the festivities. we have a number of crowd strategies to improve on some of the systems that were in place last time to prevent some of the
